Shipping/Returns

Payment processing is 1-3 business days. After processing, you should receive your hair in 2-3 business days via USPS. The usual shipping is between 3-5 business days. Please don't count holidays or weekends. Please make sure your address is correct via paypal because after we mail the product, we are not responsible.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. All sales are final!
